About Diane Nittke Interiors

Diane Nittke Interiors is a specialist curatorial practice working at the intersection of interior design, art and the decorative arts.

Founded by Diane Nittke in 2016, the studio brings together more than two decades of creative experience with a deeply considered, instinctive approach to interiors. German-born and trained in Graphic Design before studying Marketing at New York University, Diane has worked across design, creative direction and luxury hospitality. In 2011, she founded Ellermann, a pioneering floral and lifestyle brand in Hong Kong, before establishing Diane Nittke Interiors as a dedicated practice focused on the art of the final layer.

Today, the studio works internationally with leading interior designers, architects, hotel owners, developers and operators. We complement and enrich the architectural and interior design vision through the considered selection and creation of the elements that bring a space to life — from art, objects and books to bespoke pieces, tableware and the details that shape the guest experience.

Every project begins with an understanding of the place, its history, culture and identity. From there, we research, source, commission and curate with a sensitivity to context. We look for pieces with character and meaning, combining established design with emerging makers, local craftsmanship, contemporary art and unexpected discoveries.

The result is an environment that feels collected rather than decorated — personal, layered and naturally connected to its surroundings.

Our role is to bring the interior to life, creating spaces that feel considered down to the smallest detail and, ultimately, a little more memorable for having been there.
