Rosewood Hotel, Vienna

Located on Petersplatz in the heart of Vienna, Rosewood Vienna occupies a former bank building dating back to 1835, just steps from the copper-green dome of St. Peter’s Church.

Drawing inspiration from the city's rich cultural heritage—from Rococo and Art Nouveau to the Wiener Werkstätte and the legacy of Mozart, who once lived and composed at this address—we curated an eclectic yet refined collection of objects for the hotel. Over many months, we sourced antiques, artworks and found pieces from flea markets, antique dealers and hidden treasure troves across Austria and beyond.

Stories of the Habsburg dynasty, Vienna’s artists, architects and cultural figures are woven throughout the property, creating layers of discovery and a strong sense of place.

We curated and styled all accessories, objets d'art, books and selected OE throughout the guest rooms, suites and houses, as well as the hotel's public areas, restaurants and spa.
